Learn the basics of weaving on a rigid heddle table loom. With this portable loom you can make scarves, shawls, table linens and much more. In this 2-session class you will learn how to warp the loom, weave a table topper and “finish” your piece. No prior experience is necessary. *Schacht Cricket looms are available at Mary Lue’s to use in this class for $25. and may be applied to a loom purchase.
Materials: 1 ball of Tatamy Tweed and 2 balls of Aruba (or equivalent amounts of smooth worsted wt. Cotton yarns), 15” Cricket Loom – fully assembled, sewing scissors, tape measure, pen & paper
